Well thanks a lot 2020 you’ve been great and it looks like you may be spilling over into 2021….. With all the uncertainties we have before us we have taken the decision to cancel Lets Get Comedie 2021 which was due to take place for the second edition 19-23 January in Les Gets. We do not take this decision lightly and it is in great contrast with the optimism and joy that we all felt during the first edition in 2019. We imagined things differently; bursting full rooms, the sounds of roaring laughter and a line-up of renowned international comics.  With its beautiful mountain setting, skiing in the day and unique bilingual line-up, Lets Get Comedie was hoping to establish itself as a leading comedy festival on the international circuit for this second edition… I guess we’ll have to be patient!

We couldn’t be any more disappointed than we are now, for our public, for the performing artists and the production teams, but we are remaining optimistic. By taking this decision now we will protect our future – so note for your diaries now January 2022 – let’s get together for Comédie!

Nous avons le regret de vous annoncer le report de l’édition 2021 du Festival humoristique Let’s Get Comédie au regard de la situation sanitaire actuelle. L’âme de ce festival reposant sur son public, nous ne pouvions imaginer de conserver cette ambiance franco-britannique si particulière avec une audience fortement amoindrie.

Cette décision est un crève-cœur pour le monde du spectacle et les artistes. Nous en sommes les premiers désolés mais nous restons optimistes et nous gardons l’espoir d’une belle édition en 2022.
